These Terms of Use govern use of TriStateScramble.com and its event-listing, registration and contact features.

Event information

TriStateScramble aims to present event information accurately, but dates, fees, availability, course details, schedules and other event information may change. Golfers should confirm important details with the event organizer when appropriate.

Organizer submissions

Organizers are responsible for providing accurate information, having authority to submit and promote an event, and having the right to provide any uploaded logo or graphic. TriStateScramble may edit formatting, request clarification, decline a listing or remove content that appears misleading, unlawful, infringing, incomplete or inappropriate.

Team registrations

Submitting a team registration sends the provided information to TriStateScramble for administration of the selected event. A submitted registration does not guarantee participation if the event is full, cancelled or otherwise changed by the organizer.

Payments

TriStateScramble does not currently collect registration payments through this website. Any event fee shown on a listing is event information, not a charge processed by TriStateScramble. If online payment collection is added later, these terms will be updated to address payment processing, refunds, cancellations and related responsibilities.

Acceptable use

Users may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, abuse forms or uploads, provide fraudulent information, infringe the rights of others or use the service in violation of applicable law.

Availability and changes

TriStateScramble may modify, suspend or discontinue site features and may update these terms as the service develops. The version posted on the website applies at the time of use.
