When you submit an event, register a team or contact TriStateScramble, we may collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, team and player names, event details, uploaded event graphics and the information included in your message or submission.

How information is used

We use submitted information to review and publish event listings, manage team registrations, communicate with organizers and golfers, respond to messages, operate and secure the service, prevent abuse and improve the website.

Event organizers

Registration information may be shared with the organizer of the event for which the registration was submitted when needed to administer that event. Public event listings may display organizer-provided event information and graphics.

Service providers

TriStateScramble uses service providers to host and operate the website and database. Those providers process information as needed to provide their services. TriStateScramble does not sell personal information.

Account sessions and site operation

Administrative account sessions may use browser storage, cookies or similar technologies needed for secure sign-in and site functionality. Additional analytics or marketing technologies should be reflected here before they are enabled.

Payments

TriStateScramble does not currently collect registration payments through this website. If online payment collection is added later, this policy will be updated to describe the information and service providers involved.
